At WealthKnowledge, we are committed to your satisfaction with our educational courses. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for course purchases.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 Premium Plan - 30-Day Guarantee
All Premium plan purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
1.2 Pro Plan - 14-Day Guarantee
Pro plan purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content.
1.3 Basic Plan - 7-Day Guarantee
Basic plan purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period for your plan
- You have completed less than 50% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 25% of the downloadable course materials
- You have not received a certificate of completion
- This is your first refund request for this course
- You have not previously been denied a refund for policy violations
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (regardless of plan)
- Courses where more than 50% of content has been completed
- Courses where certificates of completion have been issued
- Bundle purchases (partial refunds not available)
- Promotional or discounted purchases below $50 CAD
- One-on-one coaching sessions after they have been scheduled
- Access to private communities after 14 days of membership
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@wealthknowledge.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your order number, purchase date, and registered email address
- Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Approval and Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
- Your course access will be immediately revoked
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The funds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
5.3 Taxes
Refunds include any applicable taxes paid at the time of purchase.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you have completed between 25-50% of a course, a 50% refund may be offered at our discretion
- Technical issues that significantly impacted your learning experience may qualify for partial refunds
- Service interruptions lasting more than 72 hours may qualify for pro-rated refunds
Partial refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Course Transfers and Exchanges
Instead of a refund, you may request:
- A one-time transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
- Credit toward a future course purchase (credit expires after 12 months)
Course transfers must be requested within the same timeframe as refund eligibility.
8. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We take refund fraud seriously. The following actions may result in denial of refund requests and account termination:
- Requesting refunds after downloading all course materials
- Requesting refunds after completing the majority of a course
- Pattern of repeated refund requests across multiple courses
- Sharing course credentials before requesting a refund
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund
Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent refund activity will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment processor before contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- You forfeit eligibility for our money-back guarantee
- A $50 CAD administrative fee may be charged if the chargeback is found to be unjustified

10. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@wealthknowledge.com
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the guarantee period
- Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of discovery to qualify for extended refund eligibility
11. Course Updates and Changes
We continuously improve our courses. If we make significant changes to course content that substantially alters what you purchased:
- You will be notified via email within 7 days of the changes
- You will have 14 days from the notification to request a refund
- Minor updates, additions, and improvements do not qualify for this provision
12. Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription-based service:
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
13. Special Promotions and Sales
Courses purchased during special promotions or sales are subject to this same refund policy. However:
- Flash sale purchases (24 hours or less) may have modified refund windows
- Bundle deals have specific refund terms outlined at time of purchase
- Gift purchases follow the same policy but the refund is issued to the purchaser
14. International Purchases
For purchases made from outside Canada:
- Refunds are subject to currency conversion at the time of refund processing
- You may incur bank fees or currency conversion fees beyond our control
- Processing time may be extended by 3-5 business days
15. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Financial hardship
- Other extenuating circumstances

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your purchase is governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of your transaction.
